Conclusion
"Now this is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end. But it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning." The Battle of Britain became known as a decisive turning point in the battle against the Axis Powers. It displayed the devastating strength, the indestructable morale, and the undying loyalty of the British air force and of its citizens. The battle was significant both physchologically and physically. It restored the battered morale of the Allied Powers. It was also the first battle Hitler had lost. The Battle of Britain would forever be remembered in history as not only an important victory against Hitler, but as the battle that turned the course of war.
